As Business Applications Development and Process Improvement Manager, I manage a team of 5 experts to provide the most beneficial holding-wide applications through well-structured project management, business analysis, process development and industry-wide required methodologies.

I am managing more than 50 different applications in a diverse landscape, involving more than 20 organizations abroad, including production plants and sales companies.

My biggest challenges, which were turned out to be my biggest successes:

· Restoration of the whole department, in terms of changing working habits

o Putting internal customer satisfaction to the focal point

o Working with proven methodologies and principles

o Enforcing rules and principles for vendor services and redefining how to work with vendors to increase vendor efficiency and service quality. Additionally making necessary changes

As IT Team Leader, I design and implement business processes with my team of business analysts through different projects. Besides my team, I manage cross functional teams, mainly involving key users, functional managers and consultants. As an ITIL Foundation certificate holder, I am trying to optimize IT processes in my responsibility area.

As IT Project Manager, I am responsible for:

· Project Management of on-going IT projects with cross functional teams and my core team

· As the holder of a PMP (Project Management Professional) certificate (#1510240), implementing new information system projects according to PMI’s Project management approach.

In an international company scattered across 5 countries with 11 main locations, as Information Systems Executive (SAP Logistics), I was responsible for:

· The operational management of my team of business analysts and software developers.

· The functional and technical design and the implementation new customer requirements and projects with cross functional teams, besides my team.

· Following Lean Management and Manufacturing principles in functional design and the implementation of enterprise business processes.

· Verification/Validation of business processes implemented in SAP and the auditing of actual business processes.

Senior SAP Expert and Senior Business Analyst

As a Senior SAP Expert and Senior Business Analyst, I implemented two Full Cycle “SAP Business Suite/mySAP ERP” Project (in Tırsan and in DAF)

I worked on MM, WM, QM and partially on PP and SD modules with responsibility for:

· System and Process Analysis,

· Functional and Technical System Design: Evaluation of new business demands and requirements and designing integrated processes

· Implementation (Performing system configuration/IMG activities, implementing Enhancements/User Exits/Custom programming/Debugging ABAP codes)

As a Management Consultant my duties included the project management and business consultancy for Turkey’s top governmental institutions.

Briefly I was responsible for, Continuous organizational development, Strategic management, Process management, Process analysis, Idea generation and analysis techniques, Quality management, Statistical process control, Quality management in the healthcare industry.
