CAREER GOAL
Since 2004, I have been working in international companies specifically serving on automotive and white appliances. During my career, I have caught good opportunities as working in different departments such product design, production, assembly, process management, strategy management, customer care, etc.
In my last position I have worked as Plant Manager in Sanhua Aweco Turkey as responsible of production, maintenance, quality, logistics, purchasing, lean management, customer relations and Investment projects.
Over 15 years of experience, have in deep understanding of strategic management, lean production, development, improvement, project management, supply chain experience in more than 7 counties (Turkey, Europe, China), I would like to expand my experience in Plant manager position at a leader company of sector. I would like to emphasize that all opportunities and offers ensure my career goal are welcome. Ability to travel including internationally.

o Foundation of a new company. Purchasing equipment, develop internal structure, develop organization, incentives about investments, etc.

o Leading a team of 350 operators, I am responsible of two assembly lines which has capacity over 1M units (produced 1,1M units yearly).
o Evaluate assembly lines performance and operations in 140 stations to ensure optimal production.
o Maintain and improve manufacturing processes to support new product launch activities and current process.
o Maintain and improve essential line documents (routers, work instructions, other documentation) to support processes.
o Troubleshoot and solve production under-performance issues.
