Zekican Samlı is a senior associate of Bezen & Partners in Istanbul, specialising in energy, infrastructure and projects.

Member of the Turkish Bar Associations since 2011, he graduated from Ankara University (LLB Law). He is currently pursuing his MBA degree at Boğaziçi University.

Mr. Samlı joined Bezen & Partners on August 2009 immediately after his graduation and has been working in the regulatory and projects department of Bezen & Partners since then. He advised major energy and infrastructure companies and involved in complex transactions that requires significant discussions with various state entities. Further, he advised international leasing companies in breakthrough aviation deals, assisted in the development and drafting of energy legislation and attended roundtable discussions with policymakers.
